My husband and I stayed at Burnside Hotel for 2 nights and we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. The hotel's accessibility, with accessible rooms and a bar/restaurant, was perfect for us as my husband has difficulty with stairs. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering assistance with our bags and ensuring we had a suitable table in the restaurant. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with the housekeeping staff servicing our room daily and checking if we needed anything. The hotel's proximity to independent shops, cafes, restaurants, and public transport links made it convenient for exploring the area. The ample car parking spaces were a bonus, as we were able to easily accommodate our family who came to pick us up.
